En route to our workshop on climate risks and heat stress impacts on the handloom industry in Marathamunai in Sri Lanka’s Eastern Province, we took a delicious detour to Monaragala’s The Key Ceylon.
Our completely plant-based lunch turned into a culinary delight with vibrant yellow rice, mouth-watering mango curry, and an array of spice-infused curries.
It was a memorable and flavorful pit stop.
